Our Conference Exhibit Hall
How will the Exhibit Hall work?
From 2:00-3:00pm EDT on Wednesday, November 18, you will have the opportunity to visit the companies and organizations that are a part of the event. Each will have a Zoom room as their "virtual booth." If you enter their Zoom room and interact with their representatives (i.e. talk with them or are part of one of their short presentations), you receive one entry into the drawing for exhibit hall prizes. A conference volunteer in each booth will keep track of who engaged in conversations by making sure those participants enter their names and email addresses into the chat feature of the Zoom booth. The more companies and organizations you visit (and talk to), the more entries you receive in the drawing. If you win one of the prizes in the drawing (each is worth at least $75), the prize will be mailed to you after the conference.
Do You Like Prizes?
In addition to visiting virtual booths, there is another way to increase your odds of winning one of the exhibit hall drawing prizes. Each site represented at the conference can complete the Exhibit Hall Drawing Survey in order to share some key statistics with our exhibitors. We can only accept one survey submission per site, but the individual who completes it receives 10 entries into the exhibit hall drawing.

We are employing a substantial number of Zoom links in order to provide each of these exhibitors with unique Zoom Booths. If you encounter any issues with a link, please click the red button below and let us know which Exhibitor Zoom Booth is not working. We appreciate your assistance in helping all parts of this conference run smoothly.
