Information Needed for Your Exhibitor Listing

We are glad to have you as an exhibitor at the "Gathering As One" Conference.

You receive a special listing in the exhibitor directory. Conference participants (and non-participants as well) will view a page with an alphabetical list of our exhibitors – each with the name, logo, and short description of each company or organization. When they click on your link, they will then view your special listing in the directory. We plan to keep the conference website online for a year beyond the conference, so your listing will be available for viewing by participants and non-participants until November of 2021.

We need some information from you in order to build your exhibitor listing. A sample of an exhibitor listing can be seen here

We need a 25-word (or less) description of your company/organization for the exhibitor directory. We also need a marketing statement for your exhibitor listing. The latter can be as long as you want it to be, but please keep in mind that a lengthy marketing statement will push down the information listed below it.

Where can your company or organization be found on social media? Please list up to six platforms and the link where our participants can locate you. 

Give us the details of up to three company/organization representatives for your booth presence

There is a button on your listing that participants can click in order to make an appointment to speak with one of your representatives. This can be a link to an appointment program that you currently use or could just be a link to an email address for one of your representatives.

You can have an embedded video in your exhibitor listing. This could be a video you already have that explains your products/services or it could be something that you create specifically for the conference. Please make sure the privacy settings for this video are configured so other websites can embed your video. If you don't wish to provide a video, you can have one photo on your listing instead. There is not room on your listing for both an embedded video and an image.

You are allowed to provide us with up to five additional videos that will listed on your exhibitor listing. Participants will also be able to find them in the exhibitor section of the conference's recorded content library. These videos could be workshops, product/service demos, or anything that you believe would interest the conference participants. We normally forbid infomercial-type content, but it is allowed on this year's platform. Please provide us with the name and full description of the video. We do not have the capacity for exhibitors to upload videos to the conference website, so we are asking you to upload your videos to YouTube or Vimeo and then supply us with the link. Another option is to give us the Dropbox or Google Drive link to the video or photo file on your computer (please make sure it is a shareable link that can be viewed by anyone). Conference participants will be able to log in to the website and view this video content until November of 2021, so we ask that you keep your files in their uploaded locations until then. If you don't have all of your video content now, you can use this same form to submit it at a later time. Our deadline for exhibitor-submitted videos is Monday, November 9.


If you are a Platinum or Gold-level exhibitor, you will have a virtual booth in the exhibit hall on Wednesday, November 18. We will provide you with a volunteer to help with introductions and keep track of the participants who visit your virtual booth. We will provide you with a Zoom room for your virtual booth unless you would rather use your own account. We will not record the hour-long call if you use our Zoom room, but you may do so if you use your own account. If you provide your own Zoom link, we will need that by Monday, November 9.
